Apparently, there are no really bad tyre in this group, just different focus. And one that appear to be a very good compromise. http://www.motorradonline.de/reifen...und-18055-zr-17-die-endwertung/411167?seite=6
Hmm, German, Italian, English, German, Japanese, French....I wonder if that finishing order was accidental?
My german isn't what it used to be but it looks as though the Pilot Road 3 scored the lowest of them all. I personally love them on the FZ1N.
Haven't heard too many bad things about the PR3, and know one bloke with a Boxer Cup BMW, who managed 22,000kms out of a PR3 on the rear; he's no slouch on it, either.
I did my PI track day on them, I was a bit concerned that they wouldn't be up to it grip wise, but I shouldn't have been, they were great.
I got 17,000 out of them on my K1300R. I rhought that was pretty awesome until my tyre guy said that a guy had come in the week before on his k13 with 28,000 up on his. They were down to the wire, though!!
