    can't believe I didn't see it before.

    I hit a large bump on way back from work, seems to have loosened the forks - they actually move now. Sticky, but moving nonetheless.

    If your having trouble sourcing the part, then why don't you try disassembling, cleaning, greasing and reassembling it
