The difference being was that Lorenzo was also Spanish, so it was Spaniard knocking off another Spaniard. If Pedrosa wasn't Spanish then it would of been Pedrosa's fault :) I 'm surprised they didn't blame Dovi for that crash as he isn't Spanish though its not as bad to be Italian as it is to be a Frenchie

Worse accidents I've seen where no one was killed or severely hurt

So much bullshit going on. pol ran wide on the previous corner giving Zarco the opportunity. Pol was offline for the next left and ran wide again, so Zarco went for the racing line. Pol tried to shut the door and...Game Over.

The following week, Zarco gets past Franky, brakes later than usual for the next corner and Franky runs up his arse. How is that Zarco's fault?

    Everybody hates the French.

Zarco needs to take out Spanish citizenship

With Marquez out for 2 - 3 months, its gotta be a lot more than a bone, perhaps nerve damage

Although l consider MM to be the fastest racer of all times, he has caused a lot of carneage, with minimal penalty. He would not had any action taken against him for the accidents Zarco was involved in. Lorenzo, OTOH, could have been punished, so it is not all about nationality.

It could be that MM takes enough time out to fully heal other injuries as well, like his shoulders, since the season is lost anyway. But it may also be that he damaged something from doing too much too soon.

A very strange season culminated in an unlikely champion, if we were to predict anything after the first two rounds. Good on Suzuki to take the title 100 years after they were founded, 60 years after their GP debut and 20 years after their last title
